Quality Care Disability Services Community nursing care allows NDIS participants to feel comfortable living in their own space. Our community nursing care is directed by experienced Registered nurses, Enrolled nurses and Assistant nurses.

Community nursing care services exist to meet both your clinical and personal needs so that you can lead an independent and healthy lifestyle. At Quality Care Disability Services, our community nursing care services are provided by qualified AHPRA registered nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Assistant in Nursing staff. You can access these services on a regular or occasional basis.

- Medication support, monitoring and administration of medication
- Support with continence needs, including catheter care
- Expert in wound management care
- Pressure area care management
- Stoma care
- Vital observation including blood pressure management
- Diabetes management
- Tube feeding assistance
- Continuous Positive Airway Pressure management
- Nursing assessments/care planning
- Dementia management
- 24 hour a day telephone/video call advice from Registered/Enrolled nurses
- Telehealth services
